Had a wonderful stay at this hotel, we planned to stay for 2 nights but extended to another night because we liked it so much. The room and facilities at this hotel far exceeded my expectations, the pools and restaurants and overall feel of the hotel are fabulous. We had such a wonderful time with our one year old (nearly 2) playing in the pools and enjoying the food and drink. A special thank you to manager Sean Yuan who looked after us amazingly well throughout our stay, from the morning of our stay he called us to check our requirements, and from them on was extremely attentive and made our stay so enjoyable and made a lovely fuss of our daughter, he really made our stay special. We will definitely be staying here again!

I liked the fact that you could look at the whole indoor pool part from your balcony, unfortunately the park was being renovated while we were there so it was cold and not so nice to look at. The room was great and so was the staff. The breakfast was really nice and with a lot of options.

It was breathtaking, biggest building I have ever seen and it has a gigantic waterpark(costs extra) an shopping mall! Should be experienced!
